The Avon Gorge and Downs Wildlife Project have put together a series of short walks on the Clifton and Durdham Downs in Bristol.
The Downs Bird Trail - a 2.3km (1.4 mile) walk with information about the birds you may see along the way
The Downs Lichen Trail - a 620m (0.4 mile) walk with information about lichens you may find growing on trees
The Downs Meadow Trail - a 1.1km (0.7 mile) walk with information on the meadows - best in late spring or summer
The Downs Tree Trail - a 2.2km (1.4 mile) walk with information about the trees around you
