Led by Wallace & Gromit’s Grand Appeal and Aardman Animations, Gromit Unleashed is a public art exhibition in which giant sculptures of Gromit, decorated by invited artists, have been unleashed on the streets of Bristol and the surrounding areas.

At the end of the art trail, the sculptures will be auctioned to raise funds for Wallace & Gromit's Grand Appeal, the Bristol Children's Hospital Charity.

In Bristol city centre you’ll find some of Bristol’s most famous attractions, historic streets and modern, cosmopolitan areas – plus a lot of Gromits besides! The Gromit Unleashed trail will guide you around the city centre and show you just a sample of what Bristol has to offer. Why not take a trip on the Heritage Discovery Trail to see some of Bristol’s oldest streets and landmarks, or explore Bristol’s famous historic harbour on our Heritage Discovery trail? If you’re pushed for time, take half an hour or so to try the Central Stroll and see 10 of the most central sculptures. Enjoy your time in the city and download the Gromit Unleashed Detect-o-Gromit app so you can learn more about Bristol’s history through exclusive audio content
